This type of dentures can be full or partial and are in conjunction with your dentist or oral surgeon. The main benefit of implant retained dentures is less material is required for the palate because the denture is attached to the implant or implants that is in the bone instead of being held in by suction. Implant retained dentures do require future follow up appointments when the fit changes as the O rings do need to be changed over time.
